Overview on net neutrality reports
National reports on net neutrality are published annually by the national regulatory authorities. The obligation to draw up the reports follows from Article 5 (1) of the net neutrality regulation.

In addition, BEREC publishes an annual report providing a Europe-wide overview.
According to Article 9 of the net neutrality regulation, the European Commission has to review the provisions of the Regulation and has to submit a report to the European Parliament and the Council on 30.04.2019.
