Regulatory dialog in mobile communications

The purpose of these events is to maintain a structured dialog – outside of specific procedures pending with the Telekom-Control Commission (TKK) – between RTR and the mobile operators with regard to topics which may become relevant to regulation in the foreseeable future. The form of cooperation is defined on the basis of the specific topic, with possibilities ranging from open discussions to lectures by individual participants and (short-term) studies.

Participation in these event is voluntary. It is not possible to exclude individual organizations from events relating to specific topics. These events will not bias the position of RTR or the Telekom-Control Commission (TKK) in any way; however, as the TKK's operational arm, RTR will inform the TKK of the most important results.
