The 5th amendment of the Communications Parameters, Fees and Value-Added Services Ordinance 2009 (KEM-V 2009) went into effect on May 19,2014.

Purposes of the amendment

With this amendment rules for routing numbers are defined which guarantee no more limitation in using mobile number ranges.
