The 4th amendment of the Communications Parameters, Fees and Value-Added Services Ordinance 2009 (KEM-V 2009) went into effect on November 15, 2013.

Purposes of the amendment

With this amendment the number range "Öffentliche Kurzrufnummern mit Stern" (public short numbers with a star) has been introduced as well as regulations were defined for this new number range.Also the time limit for exception of voice services from value added definition has been cancelled and an editorial mistake has been corrected.
