The 2nd amendment oft he Communications Parameters, Fees and Value-Added Services Ordinance 2009 (KEM-V 2009) went into effect on 29th October, 2010.

Main Changes

• Rules to increase transparency of tariffs for calls to numbers in private networks (number range 05)
• Definition of the public short number 1455 for pharmaceutic services
• Extension of exception for payment-services as premium rate service
