RTR-GmbH is, as a public institution obliged, to carry out procurement processes by means of procurement procedures. RTR-GmbH applies for this purpose the Austrian Federal Procurement Act 2018, BGBl. I No. 65/2018 (BVergG 2018), in it´s relevant, valid version.
