900/1800 MHz (2002) Auction Procedure

Six frequency packages of varying sizes (2 x 2.0 MHz to 2 x 4.8 MHz) were auctioned off in this procedure. The auction was carried out in an open, ascending, simultaneous, multiple-round format.
