Decisions

The regulatory duties set forth in the Postal Services Act of 1997 are carried out by the Telekom-Control Commission and RTR. In this context, these authorities are subject to Austria's General Administrative Procedures Act, meaning that decisions are made by official decree. By law, decisions of fundamental importance have to be published.
