Official bulletins pursuant to Art. 40 KOG

This page provides an overview of announcements/bulletins released by KommAustria in accordance with Art. 40 of the KommAustria Act (KOG), which allows the regulatory authority to issue official bulletins in order to initiate procedures which are expected to involve more than 100 parties. The regulatory authority is required to publish these bulletins on its web site (only available in German).
