Qualified certificates?

This indicates whether a given certification service issues qualified certificates. The Signatures Act governs the following:

• the minimum information to be contained in a qualified certificate and
• the prerequisites to be fulfilled by a certification-service-provider in order to issue qualified certificates

Qualified certificates are one of the most important prerequisites for secure electronic signatures.
