Austrian Signature Ordinance 2008

Note: The Austrian Signature Ordinance 2008 has been repealed with effect from 2 August 2016. As of that date, the Signature and Trust Services Regulation apply.

The Signature Ordinance gives concrete explanations of the Signature Act, especially with regard to technical matters. The Ordinance was announced in the Austrian Federal Gazette on February 2, 2000, and went into effect on February 3, 2000.

The Signature Ordinance is only available in German.
