TKK completes multiband auction: decisions issued to all three mobile network operators Press release dated 20 November 2013 The Telekom-Control-Kommission (TKK) completed its frequency allocation procedure on 19 November 2013 with the allocation of frequencies in the 800, 900 and 1800 MHz band ranges. Official decisions were issued to A1 Telekom, T-Mobile and Hutchison, the operators participating in the auction.A1 Telekom, T-Mobile and Hutchison are required to remit the respective frequency licence fee determined in the auction to the Federal Ministry of Transport, Innovation and Technology within four weeks.The mobile network operators are entitled to file possible complaints against the TKK decisions with the Austrian Constitutional Court or the Austrian Administrative Court within six weeks of the issue date.The official decisions (only available in German) issued by the TKK have been published on the authority’s website at the following link: LinksF 1/11Multiband Auction 800/900/1800 MHz (2013)
