Regulatory authority enforces number portability for Lycamobile customers. Number porting functional since 17 May 2016

The regulatory authority TKK (Telekom-Control-Kommission) has successfully finalised a supervisory procedure in the interest of end consumers, obliging Lycamobile Austria Limited (Lycamobile) to allow number porting without any restrictions. In the last few months, the regulatory authority has conducted numerous test which confirmed that number porting at Lycamobile is fully functional.

Lycamobile hence has acted in compliance with TKK's decision, ensuring that all customers can port their phone numbers to all Austrian mobile service providers without any restrictions. TKK's decision is available at https://www.rtr.at/en/tk/R_2_15 (in German).
